calls. Our experienced and dedicated support staff will provide
immediate assistance. If special programming or hardware issues
are involved, we will assign the appropriate support person so that
your problem is resolved efficiently and quickly.
Our support-tracking software streamlines the way you monitor
your support issues, allowing you to keep track of calls, problem
areas and the status of any outstanding technical matters. We can
mail, e-mail or fax these reports to you on a regular basis.
