The DSG electronic billing modules are designed to meet all your claims processing needs, including UB04 and CMS 1500 claims for Medi-Cal, Medi-Cal Managed Care, Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurance. In addition, a CHDP electronic billing module is available to meet your claims processing needs of PM160 claims to EDS / Medi-Cal.

The extensive claims editing feature is based on published intermediary requirements, an ongoing review of denied claims, and input from the DSG client base. Users can load claims into the DSG system from a hospital host system.

All claims are maintained in a historical database that can be accessed with proprietary DSG programs or via the database retrieval languages included with the system. Data can also be exported to spreadsheet software such as MS-Excel or MS-Access.

UB04 (Hospital Claims) Processor

The UB04 modules enable the direct transmission of claims to Medicare, Medi-Cal, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, CHAMPUS and to any other carrier that accepts electronic claims such as Blue Cross Medi-Cal Managed Care or the Blues in many different states.

CMS 1500 (Physician Claims) Processor

The HCFA 1500 modules facilitate direct transmission to Medicare, Medi-Cal, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance and other electronic carriers as applicable.

PM160 (Child Health and Disability Prevention) Processor

The CHDP module facilitates direct transmission to EDS / Medi-Cal and other electronic carriers as applicable.
