Direct Payer Connectivity

Claims are submitted direct from your organization to fiscal intermediaries whenever possible. DSG is not a clearinghouse and does not process or comingle claims. We are a software vendor that develops, installs, and supports reliable claim editing products. DSG establishes payer connectivity for each client and provides ongoing support for all payer edits and connections.

Faster Payment

Direct connectivity means faster payment with DSG. By avoiding the clearinghouse, you will receive faster payments and fewer denials. Most EDI vendors are clearinghouses that bundle your claims with those of other facilities and then forward those claim bundles to payers, and in many instances other clearinghouses, thus creating multiple opportunities for claims to be lost or reformatted incorrectly.

Flat-Rate Pricing

No monthly surprises and no per claim charges. DSG provides flat-rate pricing for most of our software modules to simplify your budgeting.  

Server-Based Solution

DSG Direct is not an Internet-based application. Our software is installed on a system server hosted by your organization, giving you complete control over your data. DSG supports the operating system and software. Once your system is operational there is minimal need for intervention from client IT personnel.

On-Site Training

Initial implementation training for all new systems is conducted on-site by a DSG billing analyst and programmer. Training is included as part of every standard installation package because, when it comes to improving cash flow, there’s no better way to understand the uniqueness of each business office than to have direct contact with its staff.

Since 1971, DSG has been a leader in providing professional and personalized support for everything from basic billing questions to programming for specialized needs. At DSG, all support personnel are billing analysts or programmers who understand the specialized demands of medical billing.
